We’re currently seeking a Licensed Aesthetician with an established clientele who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating memorable client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial and aesthetic treatments with a focus on results and client satisfaction
- Deliver professional, thorough consultations and treatment recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace at all times
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
- Confidently recommend upgrades and at-home skincare products to support results
- Create engaging, professional social media content to promote services (support provided!)
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, professional environment
Qualifications
- Illinois Esthetician License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aesthetics or med spa setting
- Established clientele (Required)
- Experience in skincare retail sales (Preferred)
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Professional, dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
- Passion for aesthetics treatments, skincare, and ongoing education
